Order Status

Can I Change My Order?

Yes — order modifications are possible provided your order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

At HerGlowFactory, customer satisfaction is important to us. We gladly accept returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must have been purchased directly from our online store.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production or processing has not yet begun.

If an incorrect item was ordered or you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within the 48-hour window. Once production has started, cancellations and payment reversals can no longer be processed.

We kindly ask customers to review their orders carefully before completing checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive both an email and SMS notification containing your shipment details and tracking link.

You can track the progress of your delivery directly through the tracking link provided.


Changing Your Delivery Address
